Donna has been interacting with customers, salespeople, and the production department at Castle-Pierce since 1987.


"Customer service is the information center of Castle-Pierce. We gather, process, and disseminate the data for every job, forming the bridge between sales and production. It requires a high degree of technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of our customers' requirements.

"My background as a print buyer gives me great empathy for the customer's viewpoint. I can appreciate their budget and deadline constraints. My job isn't just processing and expediting orders — it's finding creative solutions."

Marge has been with Castle-Pierce since 1973. During that time, she's had many responsibilities and her knowledge and attention to detail are invaluable to her customers.


"I really enjoy the uniqueness printing has to offer," said Marge. "Each job is different and each customer has their own needs. That combination keeps my job very interesting and fun."

Marge works with our religious printing customers, as well as many of our millwork customers.

Prior to beginning her position with Castle-Pierce, Pam worked for a flexible packaging company in customer service that dealt with food and medical packaging.


"The specifications and tolerance requirements were very strict," said Pam. "I learned a lot about dotting my i's and crossing my t's."

Pam has more than ten years of printing and print-related customer service experience.

"I started my career in printing with a sheetfed printer," Pam said. "It feels like being at home at Castle-Pierce because I'm back in my original environment."

Kathy Meier, Customer Service Representative

Kathy's been with Castle-Pierce since 1978. She began working in the bindery department and has spent time in just about every department at Castle-Pierce. Kathy has been in customer service since 1985.


"I think the fact that I've worked in just about every department, gives me a great understanding of what it takes to get a job through the shop," said Kathy.

Interacting with many of the millwork customers, Kathy has a keen knowledge of that industry and what it takes to service those customers. While the millwork industry is a special niche of Kathy's, she also is responsible for customers in other markets.

Marsha became part of the Castle-Pierce team in 1999. Marsha is in customer service in our label division, responding to the growing demand in offset labels.


"A customer's label often sells the product, making the selection of a printer one of the most important decisions. Every aspect needs to be accurate and attractive. I love knowing our label is increasing the customers' sales!"
