AIB Certification

AIB (American Institute of Baking) provides training and compliance for food-related products to ensure food safety.  We have completed the AIB requirements in our facility and production processes which has earned us a Superior Rating from the AIB Quality Systems Audit in 2011.  This allows Castle Pierce to produce a safe, high-quality product for the end consumer.
