This is why Castle Pierce is proud to announce that we are AIB and FSC certified.

AIB Certification

AIB (American Institute of Baking) provides training and compliance for food-related products to ensure food safety.  We have completed the AIB requirements in our facility and production processes which has earned us a Superior Rating from the AIB Quality Systems Audit in 2011.  This allows Castle Pierce to produce a safe, high-quality product for the end consumer. FSC Certification

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)  is an organization that gears itself to the responsible use of forests. Castle Pierce has been granted the right to use FSC certified papers and complies with the stringent guidelines that the FSC requires.
